You're really going to get the quickest support by posting full details of your problem here on the forums. For a start please tell us:
- What versions of 1P you are using (i.e., the full version numbers) and on what platforms (OS X, iOS, Windows, Android).
- What devices you are trying to sync.
- What sync method you are using.
