License stop working

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I bought a Mac + Windows License many moons ago. The windows license has work for over a year. Today I tried to add an account and 1Password claims I am running in Demo mode. I have reentered my license key in the main application and in the demo mode screen and the box just disappears with no error and my copy is still in demo mode.
