Purchased license and charged 3 times
Hello.
I do not see any way on your site on how to contact you privately regarding this billing matter.
We purchased a license a couple of weeks ago. During this process, we had to checkout a number of times because the site stopped responding. In our bank account we noticed we were charged 3 times yet only received one license.
Can you please let me know how we can resolve this. I'm a big fan of 1password on the whole, so I'm very surprised and disappointed about these bugs and extra charges.

If the email address you use on the forum is the same as the one you used in the purchase, your post is enough to alert the AgileBits people, and they will give you a refund.
If you use different addresses, email support+licences@agilebits.com, and again they will resolve it quickly.
