I have a full list of UN/PW in 1 Password. I also have a second password program which I am required use for work. Each time I use 1 password independently or activate a web page using the other program. 1 Password seems to think that the use is a new password. I intend to empty the vault and start over is there anything else you can suggest. This seem to start after the last upgrade. Also, the program seems to have problems with different companies which use the same sign in page. IE citi bank credit card and best buy credit card use the same page to sign in.

    Hi @Del1,

    Sorry to hear about your troubles.
    Which other application is this? We might need to try and reproduce the issues you've described.
    Also: Have you deactivated your browser's password saving feature? Sometimes these are mistaken for 1Password's auto-save prompt.

    What specific problem do you have with the banking site for citi? If you have two login items that use the same URL, 1Password should offer you both of them when you try to log into the site.
