Syncing not work

My wifi syncing is not working, when i click "wifi sync", it stays in this screen
,the app on the phone is operated properly,i've checked the fire wall setting of windows, which allows 1password to use either public or private network. What should I do?

    By your email I see that you're probably a Chinese user. There is an issue with Wi-Fi sync on devices that use Unicode typefaces to display characters. Because of this I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
