Masterpassword change not being accepted

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I tried changing Master password, entered new one perfectly, twice, but "ok" is not selectable.

I'm using a PC on Windows 2007. I am synced to dropbox. Thank you

    @bosox75m: Can you tell me where you changed the Master Password? it may be that the changes haven't actually sync'd via Dropbox for some reason. Are you able to use the old Master Password? Or does it contain any special (non-ASCII) characters? Often the way these are encoded can cause issues with them being recognized.

    (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
