    The not-install issue only happens on my Lumia 950 XL....not on my laptop....1Password is the only app with issues.

    @TheVMaster, it looks like the problem is with the Store app failing to install (as with the other app you said you had finally gotten to install). 1Password is never getting the chance to run, so I don't think we can help further with this particular issue.

    Under the circumstances, I hope you'll understand our recommendation that you contact Microsoft support for assistance.

    Once you get the app installed, please let us know if there's anything we can do to help.
