  • Hi @terribirdy,

    Just to confirm we're on the same page, are you already using 1Password on your iOS device and it has Dropbox sync enabled to sync your 1Password data?

    If so, here's how to proceed on your PC;

    1. Download and install Dropbox from https://www.dropbox.com
    2. Log into the same Dropbox.com account you're using for Dropbox inside 1Password for iOS
    3. Once it is done syncing everything (it'll show a checkmark on your Dropbox icon in the notification tray area), open 1Password.
    4. If you haven't installed 1Password yet on your PC, you can find it here: https://agilebits.com/downloads
    5. 1Password will, by default, scan your Dropbox folder to see if it can find 1Password data and if yes, it'll prompt you to ask if you'd like to open it from Dropbox.
    6. If it doesn't detect anything in your Dropbox, direct it to your 1Password folder in the Dropbox directory. If you're not sure where it is, open 1Password on your iOS device, unlock, and go to Settings > Sync, tap on Sync Service..Dropbox to see the location to your 1Password data in Dropbox. By default, it is Dropbox > Apps > 1Password.
