Invalid Licence Key and sync Issue

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hello

I just bought 1Password for Windows today and I have tried to copy and paste my license key and type it in manually and it keeps saying invalid License Key. Also I am syncing with dropbox and none of my passwords from my other devices on showing on the computer.

I am pretty unhappy considering I just spent 70$ on this software
