Can I use a license from the Mac App Store on Windows?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi! I went to purchase a license for 1Password for Windows and saw licenses are unified between OS X and Windows. I already have a license on my Mac purchased from the App Store. Is there a way to share that with 1Password on Windows? Thank you!
