We have problem with an Apple ID of a customer and want to restart with 1Password without any links to the previously used Apple ID

    Hi @henekeller,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues. If you want to be able to keep using 1Password but have it as something separate from the Apple ID you can read how to switch to the AgileBits Store version here: https://support.1password.com/switch-from-mac-app-store/. Once you've done this, 1Password won't be attached to the Apple ID anymore.
