Trouble syncing passwords stored on 1Password 4 for windows to other devices.

HI,
I have created an account online and downloaded the 1password 4 app for windows. I can see from the online account that a personal vault is created by default. When I log into the 1password 4 app I set up as a new user and set the location for the vault file.

Do I need to set this as my personal vault, and if so how?

I have added some logins via the app but cannot see these when I go online- why is this?

any assistance much appreciated

    Hi @boogerman,

    1Password 4 doesn't support 1Password.com accounts, you have to use the 1Password 6 Beta app instead from here.

    All of the 1Password.com-compatible apps are accessible via your 1Password account on 1Password.com, you can click on your account name on top right to select Get the apps. When you're on this page and have 1Password 6 Beta up, drag the QR code image from the site to your 1Password 6's window, it'll auto-fill most of your data except for your password.
