Dropbox on new iPhone does not recognize password

I set up my new iPhone SE by restoring a backup of my old iphone (now gone) from iTunes. Dropbox on the iPhone gives me two options: Sign In and Create Account. When I attempt to Sign In it does not recognize my password. I have read topics that sound similar, but the corrective steps don't seem to apply. Please let me know what to do. Everything worked seamlessly on my old iPhone....

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    It sounds as though your difficulty is with Dropbox, not with 1Password, is that correct? If so I wish there were more we could do to help, but we don't actually own/operate Dropbox. They are a separate entity.

    The one thing I could suggest is if you are having trouble logging in they have a support guide here:

    Beyond that you may have better success contacting Dropbox support directly:
