Sometimes (often at a couple sites) the password and userid inserted are shown with strikethrough

And then nothing happens. If I click on the password or userid field with my mouse (I don't have to retype anything) the strikethrough disappears and I can then successfully click "Sign In" This used to only happen for me at one bank account, but now at another financial institution as well.

    We are not the one doing this, the bank sites are known to convert your data into asterisks on the fly to provide an illusion that they're protecting you.

    Unfortunately, they use a lot of tricks that prevents 1Password from auto-submitting properly, we can try to work around this and we have for certain sites like Citibank but it often breaks than being helpful.

    The best thing you can do is report the site to us and we'll see if we can work around it. To report the site after the fact, click on the 1Password icon in your browser, go to Settings > Report a problem with...
