A login entry is only showing on iOS and not on Windows (Dropbox sync)

I have two windows 10 PCs, an iPhone and an iPad. Every device syncs the opvault database with dropbox and everything works fine with over 200 entries. Now I've searched for a login entry and could only found it on the iOS devices. Both of the windows PCs are not showing this entry!
I've just done a quick test with a new login entry I've created on the iPhone. This worked well, it was visible on my windows PC within a few seconds. So the dropbox sync works, what else can be the problem that an entry isn't showing up on windows?

    Thanks for reaching out. This seems like an anomaly or potentially a syncing error caused by Dropbox.
