I have been trying to sign up for 1 password for 3 days. After I choose my password and practice it multiple times and hit continue - nothing happens.

    Thanks for writing in.

    I'm sorry you're having problems. Can you tell me if you're trying to sign up for the 1Password.com subscription? If yes, which browser are you using? The best supported browsers are Chrome and Firefox, IE/Edge are not supported at the moment.

    Yes, I'm trying to sign up for the subscription trial. I am using Firefox

    @jackspence: I'm sorry you're still having trouble. Please make sure that you're using the latest version of Firefox (50.0, as of this writing). Do you have any "security" software or extensions which may be interfering? Which Windows version do you have? I wonder if something is damaged, and another browser might work. Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you!
