I just bought a new PC and i cant sign on with the original key. My old pc is windows 7 new is 10

I installed 1Password on the new PC but it wont take the old key. I am getting rid of the old PC

    Thank you for getting in touch! Let's see what is going on here.

    Are you by any chance installing 1Password 6 for Windows and not 1Password 4? The thing is that 1Password 6 requires an Account Key to sign in to your 1Password account, not a license key. Licenses and accounts are quite different.

    Please try to download 1Password 4 on your new PC from here, install it, and activate it with your license key.
