Somoene on our team has two logins that show up as Pending Changes - what does that mean and what does she need to do to clear these out? thanks.

    Hello @kellyschouten,

    I am sorry for the troubles with those Pending changes in 1Password 6! Let's try to find out what is going on.

    First of all, have the member of your team made any changes to their 1Password Account recently? Maybe they have changed email or Master Password? It is possible that the credentials saved in 1Password are no longer valid. Please let us know. In the meantime, please do not logout of that account on that machine.

    It would also be helpful if you shared a diagnostics report from the Windows PC, where you see this issue. Use this guide to generate the 1Password diagnostic report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track it down. Once we see it we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
