Hi,

I cannot sync my windows 1password with my cloud account (my.1password.com).

Could you please let me know if this functionality is also available for windows?

    Thank you for getting in touch! :)

    Please make sure that you are using 1Password 6 for Windows, not 1Password 4, since 1Password 4 does not support 1Password accounts. You can download it here.

    You can also find the right app if you sign into your 1Password Individual account in the browser and click on your name on top right to select Get the Apps. If you go this path, you can use the barcode on that page to speed up the logging in progress for the apps.

    I am sorry for the confusion with two versions. We are working on improving this experience.
