Unable to resize or scroll edit window - save button offscreen

in 1Password 4 for Windows

When I open an edit window to add details for example to a bank account and add several new fields, then the window extends downwards and off screen so the save button is hidden. The window cannot be resized or scrolled to access the bottom of the window. Im running latest 1password for Windows on Windows 10.

    Thanks for writing in.

    Unfortunately, this is a known limitation of 1Password 4 where its UI doesn't have flexibility of resizing dynamically as you add more custom fields. This is something we've already addressed in 1Password 6 for Windows but for now, what you can do is press Control + S to save and re-edit, 1Password will collapse any sections and give you more room.

    1Password 6 isn't a full upgrade yet to 1Password 4 and doesn't yet have all features, which is why you may not be aware of it right now. You can give it a try if you want but local vaults in Dropbox are not fully supported, it cannot be modified but you can modify any data you want with 1Password.com service instead.
