i'm still in demo mode and requested my license key but it's not getting emails. I have had your program for over a year and I know that I paid for it.

  • Hi @SSWDC,

    Thanks for writing in.

    In your forum profile, is it the same email address you used to buy the license for 1Password? I can't find any orders in our system with that email address.

    To quickly find your information, can you email us from the original email address used to buy 1Password or forward us your proof of purchase at support+licenses@agilebits.com.

    I'm having a similar issue. My itunes account says my subscription expires 3/25 and my 1Pass on my PC says it expired 3/5. my account key is invalid on the 1Pass site.

    @dablueone:

    It seems that you have a complicated setup, but we are here to help. I'd like to ask you to create Diagnostics Reports from your PC, where it says that it expired 3/5 and your iPhone, where it says that it expires 3/25 . Here is how you can do that:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the Diagnostics Reports to email messages addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post them in the forums, but do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Thank you very much in advance! I will be looking forward to your email.

    Cheers,
    Greg
