Tags not being shown in search results.

Usually when you attach tags to a certain item, when you search for them those same tags SHOULD show up i the search results.

Isn't that what tags are for, for quicker search of multiple items?

    Hi @sojourner,

    Thanks for writing in to ask about that! It sounds like you have 'Search Major Fields' selected in the Search settings in 1Password, but you can change that to 'Search All Fields' (which will include Tags). To do that:

    • In the main 1Password app, click the magnifying glass on the left side of the Search field and select 'Search All Fields'.
    • In 1Password mini / browser extension, click the gear icon to the right of the Search field and select 'Search All Fields'.

    Also, if you want to easily see all items with a certain tag, you can simply select that tag in the sidebar of the 1Password app (or from the Tags section in 1Password mini / browser extension).
