Cannot Sync between my personal Mac and PC?

I tried everything - created account, joined membership, got Account key, emergency kits, local folder, etc., but I when logged in to my PC, 1Password does not have my data from my Mac. How do I sync my PC 1Password to be the same as my Mac 1Password?

Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi @kldpass,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Can you first email us your 1Password diagnostics report from the PC, it might be able to give us more information as to why it is not working. Please use this guide to generate the report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.

    Let us know here when you've sent it, so we can confirm we got the email.
