Can't enter the app in i7

in iOS

When I typed the the 14th digit of my password, the app clashed. Even force stop it doesn't help. I reboot my device and the result is the same.
I also can't use my touch ID to access the app.

1Password Version: 6.5.4
Extension Version: 6.5.4
OS Version: Ios 10.1
Sync Type: iCloud

    Hi @bchanks! Welcome to the forums! :chuffed:

    By any chance, are you using iOS 10.2.1? This issue was reported to us for that specific version of iOS, and also has been reported to affect other applications similarly. Upgrading to a more recent version of iOS resolves that issue (current version of iOS 10 is 10.3.1)
