subscribed but not syncing vault
Hi, I have been using 1password standalones on mac and iPhone, and just got a windows laptop, so I subscribed so it would sync across devices. However, my main vault is not showing up in the windows app. It only has a "personal" vault, not the "primary" one I can see on my iPhone. what should I do?

Hello there @lsandro,
I am sorry about the confusion!
The Primary vault on your Mac and iPhone is a local one, it is stored locally on your devices and has nothing to do with your 1Password account, which you are using in 1Password 6 for Windows. If you want to get your devices in sync, you should sign in to your account in 1Password on your iPhone/iMac and it will prompt you to move your data to Personal vault (part of your 1Password account). Here is how you can do that.
Once your data is in Personal vault, you should see it in 1Password 6 on your Windows laptop. Please let me know if you have questions about this process. I will be happy to lend a hand. :) Thanks!
