Create Backup in 1P 6.5.4 iOS fails to create a backup.

I'm trying to move my old legacy Primary vault off my 1P for iOS. I want to back it up onto my computer. I have 1P for families as well. I am finding that the Create Backup in iOS results in nada.

    Hi @darthkme,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Are you currently signed into your 1Password Families account on iOS? If so that may be causing the trouble, as 1Password Families accounts cannot be backed up in that manner. If you have your Emergency Kit handy, or are otherwise sure you'll be able to sign back into your account, I'd recommend signing out of your 1Password Families account (1Password > Settings > 1Password Accounts) and trying the backup again.
