Why am I getting an error when I try to delete the items in the trash can?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I selected the four items in my trash can and right clicked the trash can icon and selected "Empty Trash". But a message "Error while emptying trash for Personal - Paul Funch" appears and nothing is deleted.

    Hi @pgfunch,

    Thanks for writing in.

    This may be a bug that we've fixed in 1Password 6.6 coming soon, it has to do with emptying trash while there is another sync session going on at the same time and that can result into an error returned to us.

    Just to make sure this is the same bug, can you email us your 1Password diagnostics report. Please use this guide to generate the report and email it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com. Also, in the email, include the link to this thread along with your forum username, so that we can connect the email to this thread.

    Let us know here when you've sent it, so we can confirm we got the email.
