    I'm in the same predicament but on Windows. I do not see that "show search options" anywhere.
    I really want to find just my logins that are currently using a particular password, but since it's also showing up in "show previous passwords" this is creating a big issue.

    Thanks for writing in.

    Unfortunately, the way the current search options work in macOS version is based on macOS APIs, we cannot port it to other platforms.

    We do want to add more search options in the future but it'll be designed with cross-platform in mind.

    It is absolutely intentional to show previous passwords when doing a basic password search to ensure that no passwords are reused, both old and current ones.
