Master password not recognised in 1Password 4

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have 1 Password 4 and sync via drop box. Today it doesn't recognise my master password but previously it has worked perfectly.
I have a licence key but no secret key so I can' log on online.
I've tried all the tips in the help section on 1Password
Is there anyway I can access the login information saved n my dropbox?

    @CHH I've move this discussions to the Windows topic as I suspect you're talking about 1Password 4 for Windows which is different from a 1Password membership (let me know if I'm wrong, though). Assuming I am correct, I'd first choose File > Reopen 1Password vault and try other vaults on that list to see if your Master Password works there and you're able to see your data. I've seen folks switch inadvertently (sometimes not realizing they had other vaults), so that's always a good first step. Either way, let us know what you find out. :chuffed:
