@fbrun: Thanks for reaching out! Sorry for the trouble. It sounds like 1Password may simply be damaged. Please do the following:
- Drag ALL copies of the 1Password app to the Trash — DO NOT use a "cleaner" app
- Restart your Mac
- Install a fresh copy of 1Password from where you originally purchased it — the Mac App Store or our website
- Open 1Password

Got it. actually I shut it sown yesterday. Opened it back up and everything is working fine
