As a person afflicted with OCD and the need to have item tagged and sorted, it would be great to be able to view a list of items that have no tags assigned.

    Hi @CraigN,

    Thanks for writing in.

We do plan to add a UI element to help with this in a future update. For now, what you can do is enter tag: to your search field and 1Password will return an list of untagged items.

We also support: file: and title:.

Thanks Mike, the tag: search prefix works for that purpose.

I did however notice that its not supported on the Mac beta, will there be feature parity in future?

Additionally the search is case-sensitive. Perhaps adding some auto-complete while you type support will make that problem go away.

    Hi @CraigN,

At the moment, this is only a hidden Windows feature while we figure out a cross-platform solution for searching.

For macOS, it is done differently and exclusive to macOS (several years old). It looks like this:

To get there, click on the search icon in the search field to select Search options:

The way macOS search is due to the use of exclusive macOS APIs, it cannot be ported to any other platforms. We want to rebuild the search on macOS to a cross-platform solution but we haven't figured out yet how it is going to work. In the meantime, we're trying to help some folks with a few hidden features like this.

This is not meant to be used forever, we want to add the same search options that macOS version have but we need to make sure it works the same way there too.
