cant find account associated with standalone license
I purchase a standalone 1Password license two years ago. I am trying to reset the master password associated with the password vault as I got a new device that I want to add in. I am being told be Agile Bits that there is no account associated with the email(s) that I have used to try and reset the password. I have the license email with the key

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Master Passwords on standalone vaults cannot be reset, however this guide may help:
If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password
“Accounts” are part of our 1Password membership service, which is a separate offering from standalone licensing. Without a membership you would not have an account with us.

There is, yes, but you’d need to be able to access the standalone vault. Are you able to unlock 1Password and access your vault? If so you can follow these instructions:
