cant find account associated with standalone license

I purchase a standalone 1Password license two years ago. I am trying to reset the master password associated with the password vault as I got a new device that I want to add in. I am being told be Agile Bits that there is no account associated with the email(s) that I have used to try and reset the password. I have the license email with the key
