version 7 quits unexpectedly

Hi since the recent upgrade to Version 7 it crashes frequently. I saw in other discussion groups Edge browser was the culprit but I am using the latest version of Firefox. I have attached a screen shot of the error and have submitted numerous error reports. Any thoughts?
