Unable to setup 1Password7 on Windows 7 Enterprise

I have subscribed to 1Password7 individual account and have downloaded it on my Windows 7 laptop.

I am stuck with the following screen attached. Please guide me to help setup 1Password 7

OS Version: Windows 7 Enterprise
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Thanks for writing in.

    I'm not sure I understand the issue with your screenshot, 1Password is locked and waiting for your password.

    Are you saying you haven't signed in to your new 1Password account yet and you don't know the password to unlock it? Did you try 1Password 6/7 before in the past?
