iOS devices syncing fine but windows not syncing

Options

iOS devices are syncing all changes instantly but windows version is not reflecting any changes. Tried all the work around from the forums (locking and unlocking, editing and saving etc) but windows not syncing.

    Thanks for writing in.

    That sounds 1Password is blocked from syncing on your PC.

    Do you use any VPN, proxy, firewall, anti-malware solution that's not Windows Defender, and other network security tools?

    Hello Mike, thanks for getting back to me. My company does use a lot of security - I’ll raise it with our IT department as LastPass worked fine on the pc. Sorry to have bothered you. Respectfully, Richard

    Hi @RichardNewnham,

    No need to apologize, we're here to help you with anything you need for 1Password.

    For your IT folks, please do mention that 1Password needs access to 1Password.com domain and it only needs the secure HTTPS port, 443. No other port or domain is needed.
