can I use one 1Password vault for both a Mac and PC simultaneously?
I am currently using 1Password at home on my Mac and other Apple devices with DropBox sync. I want to add DropBox to my work PC; is that possible?

@kathrynnatale - that sounds like a question for your company's IT department, not us. In order to use Dropbox in 1Password 7 for Windows, you have to be able to install the Dropbox app onto your PC. If your company allows that (and doesn't filter/manage/block Dropbox's web traffic), then yes, you can certainly use it there.
