I am really sorry for the confusion with 1Password!
If you want to sign in to your 1Password account in 1Password app on a different computer, you will need to have your account credentials with you. They include sign-in address, your email address, Secret Key, and Master Password:
When you create 1Password account, we prompt you to save your Emergency Kit, the document that contains your account credentials:
Get to know your Emergency Kit
Do you remember saving it and printing it out? Please try to find it* on your side.
