I keep getting multiple logins of the same site when I go to change a password.
can't figure out how to merge or delete them and why is this happening?

    @llibkar: Before I give you any advice, I'm going to first ask for the specific version of 1Password you're using. Reason being that if you're using 1Password X in Chrome, steps will be very different than if you're using the standard extension along with the desktop app. Could you let me know specifically what version of the Chrome extension (and the desktop app, if applicable) you're using?
