App crashes few seconds after unlocking on Windows 10

Hey,

since the last update of 1Password the app always crahes a few seconds after unlocking. I tried rebooting my PC and also reinstalling 1Password several times but it keeps happening.

In the event log I can see following error logs:
AgileBits.OnePassword.Framework.HttpConnection
HTTP445 GET https://xxxx.1password.com/api/v1/auth/[email protected]/xxxxxxxx/-, 1 bytes:

And then:
TeamAccount:8
Failed to lookup!

Guess it's a problem with syncing but I couldn't find anything online.
Do you have any idea?

    Hi @manzan,

    Thanks for writing in.

    That error means that one of your accounts does not exist anymore on our service but that shouldn't cause the app to crash, it would've still have a local copy of your data to unlock with unless the device has been de-authorized.

    There should be a crash report at the very bottom of your diagnostics report if you can generate it via Help Menu > Generate Diagnostics Report, can you copy the most recent crash in the Application log content section and share it here.

    As for the account, did you recently change your account settings (like changing the name or email address?) or delete it to use a different account? Based on your email address in your forum's profile, I don't see any 1Password account either.
