Desktop app account not registering

Hello! I need a bit of help. I can't seem to get my account started on the desktop app. When I go to Account > Sign in the 'sign in' bit is greyed out. When I go to add the license and scan my barcode nothing happens. Any advice :)? I tried reinstalling it and it didn't seem to help. I did see this problem posted earlier but it didn't have a solution so I'm not sure what to do from here. Thanks in advance!

    @billie_m,

    Is the main 1Password window unlocked when you're opening the Preferences window? its only possible to add new accounts to an existing configuration if you're unlocked.

    Yuuuuus I'm in! Now that you pointed it out it helped me figure out the Help > Throubleshooting > Reset :) Thank you!
