Chrome can't install the 1password extension

in 1Password 7 for Windows

The original 1password extension doesn't work, I remove it, and want to install it again.
fail.

The error message is: "Could not move extension directory into profile".
Not sure what should I do?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    It sounds like the issue with Chrome, not 1Password extension. Please do the following, trying to install 1Password extension after each step:

    1) Make sure you are logged in to the Chrome Web Store when you try to install 1Password.
    2) Empty the Recycle Bin on your PC.
    3) If you use an AV/anti-malware software, please try to disable it temporarily.
