Having problem signing in

Each time I enter the master password to sign in, another window opens stating you are having a problem signing me in, and asks me to sign in a second time. Appears to operate normally after second sign-in.

Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: OS X 10.14.6
Sync Type: Not Provided
