I cannot get rid of old account, it is preventing me from using my new account

I have and old account that is frozen, and cannot delete it, i have tried deleting the app, and reinstalling, with no luck.

    Hi @DAK13

    The Help > Troubleshooting > Reset All 1Password Data menu option should reset 1Password so that you can log in with the new account. Please let me know how it turns out.
