    Thanks Ben, indeed that is the problem - while it is supposed to be, Safari 12.1 has not been updated with my installation of macOS 10.13.6, so I'm currently at a dead end and can't use that browser.

    Do you see any available updates under System Preferences > Software Update on your Mac?

    @ag_ana thanks and on 10.13 it's in Apple Menu > App Store > Updates tab, but sadly no, I'm fully up to date with the macOS software :|

    I would suggest getting in touch with Apple in that case. It isn't right that you're not seeing the update.

    Same problem, BUT I'm running Mojave 10.14.6, Safari 13.0.1, and 1Password 7.3.2. When I go to App Store to install the Safari extension, 1Password7 is listed, but rather than the "Get" button", it shows the spinning wheel (formerly hourglass wait icon). Can you assist?
