I bought a new iPad and restored from my iPhone. The password is not working
I have a Family Account. I can enter the Master Password, but the password from my phone (and the password from my laptop) are not working. What should I do? I can’t even get to the screen to see what the version is. I could also use help with syncing. I’ve had 1Password for years, but I don’t think I am using it entirely correctly. It would be great if I could actually speak with someone.

This is less than optimal, as I am not able to access passwords when I’m offline. Also, Touch ID doesn’t work on the web interface

Were you by chance using 1Password on your iPhone before signing up for your Families account? I wonder if you might have an old vault on your phone, which you created in the past. This would explain why your new password does not work to unlock your apps.
