One of my family members swear that she is using the same master password as usual but 1password won't recognize it. I looked up instructions to reset it, but I am concerned she might have been hacked. Does the system send notifications every time the master password is changed?

    Hi @federicog. Yes, if you change your Master Password for a 1Password account, an email is sent out at that time. If you have further security concerns, I'd advise your family member to reach out to support+security@1password.com so our security team can look into this on a more personal, private level. :smile:
