Business support doesn't result in case creation any more?

Hi,

In the past sending an "e-mail" from https://support.1password.com/contact/ used to result in a case getting created and a follow-up sometime after. I tried this route a couple of times over the last week or two but it is as if the e-mails are being blackholed.

Has something changed in how business customer support works?
