Recently I've tried to use autofill on a few sites, mostly financial services sites. 1Password sometimes won't fill in my username and/or password. I've even tried refreshing the login info in the app. This is a recent occurrence -- it previously worked on all sites.

Hey @Robb777, can you let us know which specific sites you've had trouble with? We'll be glad to take a closer look and test things out.

In particular, TD Bank and BMO Harris.

@Robb777 I do see some odd behaviors on the sites: https://onlinebanking.tdbank.com/#/authentication/login and https://www1.bmoharris.com/www/#/login.

I'll report them to our developers. In the meantime, I do want to provide some context and workarounds.

For the TD Bank site, it appears that the username does not get saved correctly. However, if you type in the correct username via the save confirmation window (or if you edit the item manually), the login does fill: https://cln.sh/cl31PX

For the BMO Harris site, filling does not work from the inline menu. Instead of filling from there, please open the extension in your browser's toolbar and select to Autofill the login: https://cln.sh/ZMMgCi

I hope that helps. Let me know if there are issues with any other sites.

Having a similar issue with AT&T site, but the workarounds you mentioned don't seem to help. 1Password doesn't recognize the user ID field i - it's icon doesn't appear in that field, but does in the password field below it.

Hey @leturner, there is a known issue with the username field on the AT&T site. The good news is that our developers have a fix for it. However, the fix has not yet made it to the extension just yet. Hopefully that will happen soon!

To get the fix when it comes out, make sure to set up the beta extension: https://support.1password.com/betas/#install-a-beta-release-of-the-1password-extension.

You can also check out our release notes for updates about this. The fix for the AT&T site would be under issue #13745 when it is available: https://app-updates.agilebits.com/product_history/B5X

For now, I recommend copying/pasting or clicking/dragging your username into that field. I hope that helps!
