Suggest password is not a consistent feature

Has anyone else noticed that there are times whether on chrome or your phone, where you are clearly registering as a new user and for some reason 1Password just doesn't recognize that you're doing so and won't help you generate a new password?

    I would recommend updating to 11.7.2 at your convenience, as this may help. You'll be up-to-date and we'll have a firm foundation to build from. Have you noticed this being specific to any one site? If so, which site(s)?
