Cannot open 1Password for Safari

You offer 1Password for Safari. I select it from my dock. The instructions to go to Safari preferences and finding the extensions. It does opt seem to turn on.

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble opening 1Password for Safari. You posted in the iOS forum (which deals with iPhones and iPads) but mentioned selecting 1Password for Safari from the Dock which is only possible on the Mac. Can you tell me a little more about where you're seeing the issue? On your iPhone or iPad? Or on your Mac?
